چکیده

This study aims to explore the relationship between human enteric viruses found in town-scale surface water sources and certain chemical contaminants present water. From October 2010 April 2012, samples were collected analyzed using a combination of biophysical molecular techniques detect presence adenoviruses (HAdV) enteroviruses (HEV) as well parameters predictors for virus survival. The concentrations 12 be within WHO-recommended limits. positive negative associations viral genome detection four out metal nonmetal analytes. Specifically, there was correlation Cd HAdV (rho = 0.146, p 0.032) Pb Fe with HEV 0.156, 0.022) 0.148, 0.029), respectively. For nonmetals, phosphates slightly negatively correlated 0.174, 0.010). results did not provide support hypothesis an association levels twelve contaminants.
